Humberto Cobo-Estrella is a business strategist who has practiced law with prestigious law firms in the Caribbean. Mr. Cobo is a published author and often conducts seminars on specific legal issues. He is also the Chief Executive Member and Managing Director of the firm. He shares with each member the strategic responsibility for the organization’s future. Mr. Cobo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) and a Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico’s School of Law. Mr. Cobo is an accomplished trial lawyer and has been actively engaged in the advice of multiple business clients in the areas of commercial and contract disputes, complex corporate litigation, premises liability defense, collections and evictions, as well as compliance. He is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico’s Supreme Court and the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. He is a former member of the Law Review Board, a Legislative Internship and the Appellate Court internship. He is a published author in Cyberlaw and Employment Law for disabled persons. During 2013 Cobo was named firm’s Managing Director.
